How long does it take to get my jewelry?
Please give us 2-3weeks to create your custom, hand-stamped jewelry.
Will the letters be perfectly straight?
Each piece is hand-stamped which means it has character and beauty. We make sure we send out the best quality jewelry!
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship internationally, but please note that we declare the actual value on the customs form and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe as international orders have to go through customs.

I need a necklace rushed, can you help?
Your best bet is to send me an email to let me know. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee rush processing.
What if I want to add a tag when I have another child?
No problem! Just send your necklace back to us and we’ll polish up the whole piece and add your new tag.
